Effective For Purchases On Or After January 1, 2016.
Items purchased from Kayleigh & Co., Inc. may generally be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding our shipping costs) within thirty (30) days of the purchase date if the items are new and unopened. In addition, items that have a manufacturers' product warranty may be returned if you open the item, find the item is defective, and return the item to us within thirty (30) days of the purchase date or the expiration of the item's manufacturers' product warranty, whichever occurs first.
You must contact us via email to request a return merchandise authorization # (RMA #) and write the RMA # on the label for the return shipment. Items being returned must be received within seven (7) days of the RMA # being issue. You must include a copy of the RMA inside the return package and write "RMA #" with the RMA # we provide on the label for the return shipment; shipments received without RMA information will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.
Concerning return shipping, you must use a trackable shipping service (for example, USPS, UPS, FedEx), include a copy of the return merchandise authorization (RMA), and insure the package in an amount greater than or equal to the purchase price. If a return item is lost in transit to our facilities or received in damaged condition, we will not directly reimburse you, but we will readily assist you in filing an insurance claim with the shipping service you used so that you may be compensated.
Kayleigh & Co., Inc. prides itself on honesty and integrity. Any fraudulent or deceptive activities uncovered during the returns process will automatically result in the forfeiture of the right to return said items by the offenders. In addition, any such activities will be promptly reported to law enforcement.
